
I have had Sengled bulbs for about two years. Recently, the hub stopped connecting to the router. Didn't fix anything. I ordered a new hub, hooked it up to my router and was able to plug in my existing lightbulbs. The problem is that when I try to dim or brighten the light, I get a "not supported" message from Alexa. Thinking the problem might be in the bulbs along with the hub, I ordered new bulbs. Pairing is cumbersome, NO, NO, NO support, orally or online to solve the problem. I ordered a SYLVANIA Smart + Wi-Fi dimmable full color LED light bulb A19, CRI 90+, 60W Equivalent, it took about 30 minutes to install four new bulbs and everything works fine, also Sylvania can change color. I'm returning the bulbs and the hub. I also found that the Sengled computer system was not working, which affected the operation of the lamp. trash, trash, trash
