Update: Wow! Excellent customer service and I contacted them with an issue. If you read my problem below, please note that sometimes the application cannot connect to the blockchain immediately, so the application shows $0 because there is no connection. If so, just check back later. Your bitcoin will be there. For me it took about an hour. I emailed the company just asking what I did wrong since 9/10 is human error and I realized I screwed up and someone stole my money - even though I didn't want it for my life so could figure out what appeared to be hack proof. That. They emailed me back 30 minutes later telling me about the error and saying they are working on it. They even sent another friendly email. Excellent customer service. No problem. It is great! Now in my safe after showing it to my wife all day and trying to explain to her how it works! :-) Original post by Two Hours Previous: I'm missing $400 worth of bitcoin that I converted to coins earlier today. The application now says 0.0000. Here's the skinny one: I received my coin today. Set it up. Unusually, the app didn't have a photo of the coin as it should have, instead throwing an "image not found" error. Everything else worked fine. Production date and everything else was there. I used the public key to send money to a coin from Coinbase (very easy) and Binance.US. Just scanned the coin's public key. After sending from Binance.US, after about an hour, my $400 is no longer showing in the coin app. That's zero. I didn't take anything off the back. The sticker is still in place so I'm not sure how the money was taken, if only. Someone at the factory took the private key or it's a fake. (Although I don't think so. Looks and feels real.) Anyway, I'm very disappointed and angry. This coin just lost $400. (Someone somewhere figured out how to steal it I think.) I'm buying a Ledger S! I'll leave my kid with that and enjoy the coin. It's probably worth the $5 entertainment. :-(I'll update my review if anyone from the company has any idea what the heck just happened.
