In general, I am pleased with it. It's a cool gadget to play or pass as a gift. Made of basic materials and feels a bit flimsy. The fire starter - does not produce sparks. I try hard with the axe blade, could not get any sparks but got the axe blade dull. Which means, it is made of inferior steel and is not heat treated. Which is ok, for the price. The axe has a case as on the pick, it's a plus. All tools can be locked in open position, which is great. There is some slop, when opened, which is a minus. The black coating will not last, and the steel will apparently rust. And I am just seeing the whole thing falling apart from strong axe blow or other hard use. Still, may save life in case of single time emergency, when you are stuck somewhere with your car in cold weather, and need to start a fire. Still, it's a good tool to put into your emergency kit and keep in your car. Just in case, and don't use it too much. Just oil it well, put some sharpener with it, and don't forget a separate fire starter.
