FANSTINOW Folding Knife: Compact, Durable & Easy To Carry! Review

After receiving the FANSTINOW Pocket Knife recently I was very pleased with the craftsmanship, the functionality, the look and finish of this tactical knife! Th knife is obviously the main part of this set. The handle looks kinda cool but doesn’t add anything to function. Blade flips out very quickly and locks in place securely. It’s also fairly light weight. I’m Leary of the sharpener, the metal in the first pass is shiny and doesn’t look like it would do much more than push the blade straight. The ceramic side is probably usable. The card could be handy if it was all you had. The lanyard wrapped around it is very useful but makes it not fit easily

This knife is super sharp! It's actually sharper than most kitchen knives, which I found a bit disturbing. The serrated edge works great, and it comes with a sharpener, which I can tell you, will definitely come in handy when you are outdoors and you hit the knife blade against a rock. The blade does not maintain high sharpness, and needs sharpening every few days to maintain a high level of sharpness. I was surprised when I first opened this knife. Just slight pressure on the tab and if pops open. It's not a switchblade but it opens almost as quickly and easily. This knife is very sharp, right out of the box. It's nice that it comes with a little tool to sharpen it with and also a little credit card multi tool. The blade is an assisted open blade so it kind of flings itself open with a little pressure on the protrusion on the backside. Nice and sharp, but mechanism was faulty. It first opened in my pocket and I cut my hand when I reached into it. Now it won't open at all. It's price is cheap, but if it doesn't work, it a waste of money.

This knife is pretty cool I like the craftsmanship of it, when I got it in it was sharp out of the box, it opens smoothly plus came with sharpener that's a plus, I can feel the thickness as I'm holding it and cutting with it and couple extra features on this knife. Makes a good EDC to have, I know I haven't had any problems so far.

I needed a tough knife for work and let’s just say this didn’t make the cut. Within the first cut the knifes middle lock when opened got dislodged and I was unable to close it. I just tossed it out, no good!

Cheap knife really sharp wen received but I have to keep sharpening it after each use. Also it opens up when I have it in my pocket. And when I open it up it stays stuck open.

The knife would get a 4 star if the knife stayed closed. As it stands now, the knife is dangerous if taken out of its sheath, as the blade does not lock in the closed position

This knife consistently opens up in my pocket with the tip of the blade protruding out of the front of my pants. I have cut my fingers twice, and will not wear it when my granddaughter is around. I have passed my return date, so I will just stop using it and buy another knife.

Other than that, it is a nice, little knife. Came with a metal look the hang it, or a pouch to secure it to your belt. Blade came semi sharp. It was packaged well. Blade swings in and out fairly easily. Also came with a credit card sized multi tool and some paracord. Once tightened the knife worked/works well. Just a good basic knife for the price.

Solid knife for an every day carry, comes sharp and can cut things with ease. Nice that it comes with a knife sharpener and even a multitool card. Quite nifty.
