Update: Reveal Shop contacted me and offered to send a replacement after I submitted my review. They sent me another pair and the new ones work as expected. Now I am very happy with the headphones. First rating with 1 star: I like the look. That's about the only positive thing I can say about these headphones. The absolute worst problem is that they don't hold a charge when not in use. If I take it off the charger and use it straight away, I get about 3 hours of use. Haven't been able to use them yet unless they ONLY charged. Another annoying issue is that static noise comes out of the right earbud when not in use. For example, if I put them in my ears and then try to find something to listen to, or my playlist runs out, then there will be annoying noises. I assume this is some kind of indicator that they are enabled. This is very annoying. I would not recommend them.
