I don't need a water pillow

So this product is exactly what you expect. Build quality seems good and it's very easy to use. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and it doesn't seem to help at all. A simple heating pad works better. My doctor recommended a water pillow, so that clearly works for some people, but not for me.
