I read the reviews people said they don't stay closed. I was surprised when after receiving mine and everyone's review I also had a problem and it was more than 1/2 of my package. They're rubber so I thought I'd fix them instead of sending them back. Although I have been crocheting for over 40 years, I have only used stitch markers for the last 10 years. These were the ones I bought first and I don't know how I managed without them! I've tried other stitch markers but these are my favorites. They're easy to add and remove and won't snap or snag yarn like others. In that case they are well organized and easy to open and close.
