Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn, Bright Blue Review

This yarn is soft and thick, but you really pay for these features! I don't understand why good quality must cost SO much. But since my daughter is just starting to learn hand-knitting, I didn't want her start with yarn that has many breaks, which I read was a problem with some others. No breaks in this yarn so far.

Baby Afghan is great for this thread. Easy to work with. So soft. Beautiful color. Wish I had known sooner about this loop yarn. I've crocheted all my life but now I'm knitting with my fingers!

I LOVE, LOVE, this yarn. It makes the nicest baby blankets! The loop yarn is very easy to work with and the project seems to get done very quickly. I would definitely recommend!

I used the yarn to make a wreath. It is very easy to work with and crazy soft! I ordered 2 more colors to make another wreath and a scarf. Great quality.

This is the best looped yarn brand. It is the softest and retains that softness after being washed. I used Red heart, Lion off the hook brands previously. There are always missing loops and they aren't as soft. Most importantly, other brands are less expense, right? Wrong. Their skeins are 100y, and Bernat is 180! I really loved the soft feel of the yarn. Along the legnth of the yarn are some loops where the yarn is thin. Otherwise, I really enjoyed using this product.

This product is literally just as soft and snuggly as it looks! It took me at least five balls to get the blanket to be long enough(I did not measure finished product)--it took five balls to get Nearly QUEEN size, so you will have to buy quite a bit of you want full Queen/King blanket.It is toasty!

This yarn is so easy to work with and it’s so soft! I loved working with it and plan to use more of it. The colors were so vibrant and beautiful. I made my great niece a blanket in her school colors for her first year at college. She loved it.

I love Bernat loop yarn, but their quality control is slack. A lot of the loops are thin, missing a lot of yarn. I had to double the loops or skip loops and tie them later. Worse case, I have had to cut 6 inches out. Some skeins are better than others.

I’m a beginner knitter and this was super easy to use I’m making a baby blanket and seems like it will take 2 rolls in total so not bad! No weird smell and super soft definitely ordering more colors

This yarn is so soft and easy to work with! The red color is a true red, and I was so happy to get it before Christmas! I bought several skeins and all were the same color with no variation. Love it!

I like that is was well wrapped in clear plastic, then again in paper, in a a larger box to keep its shape. Some of the loops were unfinished. Use a few creative measures. no problem.

I ran out of yarn for my blanket project and was very happy to find the same multi-colored variety on ebay. I bought 3 skeins, excited that I would receive them within a couple days and could continue on with my project.I received them today and was dismayed to find that all three had a completely different shade of purple in them than the skeins previously purchased at Wal-Mart, though the color/style was supposed to be the same. As you can see washing yarn did not hold up! Very disappointing. Would recommend using laundry bag. This might of helped protect.

First time using this style/type of yarn. Enjoyed making a twin blanket to be used in the living room. We are a tall family so the little throws that are found in stores don't work for us. We have brought it along during our camping trips.

I love this yarn and am almost finished with my first blanket. It is so easy to use I am ready to order more to make a gift for someone.

I have been making blankets and those use around 9 balls of string each. One in every three balls though was very low quality and the loops would break and cause a small hole. 2/3 of the time this is the best yarn to use but the other 1/3 it is very frustrating and a waste of money.

Some of the loops where a bit thin. But over all great to work with, makes a nice, soft, warm blanket and I also made cowls with them as well.
