Review on Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn, Bright Blue by Raymond Doe

I ran out of yarn for my blanket project and was very happy to find the same multi-colored variety on ebay. I bought 3 skeins, excited that I would receive them within a couple days and could continue on with my project.I received them today and was dismayed to find that all three had a completely different shade of purple in them than the skeins previously purchased at Wal-Mart, though the color/style was supposed to be the same. I was expecting to be able to blend in the new yarn seamlessly but I cannot even use these because it would change the entire look of my blanket.My husband helped me identify from the packaging that ebay is selling older batches of yarn manufactured in late 2018, which apparently used a different shade of purple in comparison to the batches of yarn from early 2019.It's not really anyone's fault but I'm still only giving three stars because overall I'm dissatisfied with the outcome of my purchase and will still have to go out and buy more skeins elsewhere in order to complete my blanket.
