Minor Color Issues in my review

I have only purchased this yarn from ebay. I was very pleased with it except for one issue. Several times through each ball of yarn there would be a short length of yarn that was 'stained' from another color in the ball. Like the dye from another color in the ball dripped onto another color. In my project it didn't make a big deal but for certain projects you would need to cut out those sections and rejoin.

Pros
  • Nice yarn to make scarves
Cons
  • It may not hold up well after repeated washing

Great yarn, great price

I used Bernat Full Spectrum to start a blanket, using a batch I found at Walmart. Once I ran out, I quickly realized that Walmart doesn’t restock the same yarns; they’re pretty random with what they carry. Walmart.com failed me too, but ebay had me covered. The colors match (as well they should), colors start and start on a random color, but follow the same pattern (which is normal), and the loft is quite lofty (not as thick as Bernat Blanket yarn, but denser than Mandala yarns), and a breeze…

Pros
  • love the colors easy to work with.
Cons
  • It may pill easily

Not enough yarn on some colors

Making a blanket. The colors are very preaty but the yarn its self is so off, some of the colors of the yarn have alot to work with and then some colors are so short I didn't have enough to work with. then some of the yarn looks as if it was cut and replaced with the same color. I realize as the blanket gets bigger I would need more yarn have bought the same yarn over again but its still the same that's why I'm only giving it 3 stars

Pros
  • I will buy more of the yarn nice color.
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for climates with extreme temperatures

Thick Worsted Weight

This yarn is thick for worsted weight yarn and it isn't particularly soft. The colors, however, are pretty. It is easy to work with.My 91 year old mom had almost finished an afghan made of this yarn and decided it wasn't good enough so took it apart and started crocheting with something else. She is a little forgetful. I started to crochet an afghan using the forgotten yarn from the torn apart afghan for something to do while spending afternoons with mom. Unfortunately, some of the yarn…

Pros
  • I have been using the yarn to knit a blanket. It is nice and kitty easily
Cons
  • It may not be as durable as other yarns

Some skeins have colors reversed

The wonderful thing about these yarns is the color changes that make it self-striping. Unfortunately, several of the 8 skeins needed per afghan had the colors wound in reverse, which is a problem if you aren't aware of it in time, and a nuisance, even if you realize it.This yarn also varies in consistency, sometimes becoming so thin I had to cut out lengths of spindly yarn and re-start where the yarn was thicker. Often when the colors change there is not a smooth transition, but a small, tight…

Pros
  • Love this yarn. I made a couple blankets with these colors and love how they turned out.
Cons
  • The colors may not match what's advertised

Soft and colorful. best in my review

Pro: Easy to work with and soft to the touch. Nice color changes.Con: Bits of different colors occasionally appeared in wrong places. Didn’t affect the item I was making, but could be an issue in item being made.

Pros
  • With its vibrant colors and easy-to-handle texture, Rainy Day Bernat POP! yarn is perfect for any crafting project
Cons
  • It may not be as comfortable to work with as other yarns

Worse yarn ever! for my opinion

Beautiful colors but cheap, nasty yarn! Went from nice yarn to absolute junk that had to be cut out sections. It may not be as suitable for lace patterns!

Pros
  • Made from 100% acrylic fibers, this yarn is durable and resistant to wear and tear, making it a great choice for long-term creations
Cons
  • It may not be as suitable for lace patterns

Not great, but a reasonable value yarn for the price.

I was given several balls of this yarn in various colors, so I decided to mix them up & make a couple of knitted blankets. Of course, I didn’t have enough of the yarn, so I purchased several more on ebay to make a good size blanket. On this order, I purchased Hot Chocolate and Birch Bark & Blue colors.I was surprised when the balls came in the same color combinations, but not necessarily in the same orders or proportions. It didn’t change how I used them, just wasn’t what I expected.I find that

Pros
  • The array of colors available in this line of yarn means that you can easily find the perfect shade to match your unique style
Cons
  • It may not be as suitable for oversized projects

My new favorite: my feedback

I was amazed at how soft this yarn was. Decided to make a baby blanket that I’d like to sell. The color change was sometimes odd but in a large project it wouldn’t be obvious. Great colors.soft hues that just made me happy to create.

Pros
  • Thanks to its consistency and ease of use, this yarn is perfect for crafting with kids or in group settings
Cons
  • It may not be as suitable for tapestry crochet

it was easy to work with and loved the color

I made this afgan with the yarn. It was a stich along project taught by Mikey from "The crochet crowd"a lot of fun and loved how it turned out.

Pros
  • nice colors, to work with
Cons
  • It may not hold its shape well

Great colors in my review

This was genuinely pretty nice yarn to work with, though figuring out the optimal number of stitches to make the self striping work best was a little difficult. The color schemes are all beautiful.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts & Sewing
Cons
  • It may not take dye as well as natural fibers

So soft to the touch

I love how the colors look when the croched item is finished. I love how it is so soft and very easy to work with. Very satisfied.

Pros
  • I was excited to find iron ebay as it wasn’t in any local stores and I needed it to finish a blanket.
Cons
  • It may break easily when weaving in ends

I use this yarn for many crochet projects and find that it is great. I get much more product in a cake than I seem to in a skein. My finished products are durable and very soft. In spite of a higher price than other products, I enjoy the color changes as well as colors in various cakes.

Pros
  • Oh how I loved the softness and thickness
Cons
  • It may not be as soft as other acrylic yarns

Soft, colorful, great product!

I love this yarn! I am using it to make a blanket for my newest grandson. It is so soft and warm and will work perfectly for keeping him warm as we go into spring.

Pros
  • The colorway is beautiful. Yarn is super soft & glides over crochet hook like silk.
Cons
  • It may not hold up well to sunlight

Makes me smile :D Just Terrific

Colours are vibrate & truly pop :DVery complimentary to warm skin tones and a breath of air to crochet with. Love it, thank you so much. ♡Have a beautiful & blessed week. X

Pros
  • Crochet Gauge: 12 sc x 13 r with a 5 mm (U.S. H/8) crochet hook
Cons
  • It may not be as easy to find in stores as other yarns

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Soft and cuddly for my opinion

Soft and love the colors. The yarn spoils out one color fully before starting on the second so it makes nice, thick rows on a blanket or scarf.

Pros
  • A new jacket
Cons
  • It may not be as breathable as natural fibers

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Poor Quality on my review.

This yarn fluctuated between thickness. At times it was normal and then would thin to shiny string that didn't work for a warm afghan. I had to cut yards out multiple times so my afghan wouldn't look ridiculous. Very disappointing

Pros
  • I love the Afghan I made for daughter...so does she
Cons
  • It may not be as eco-friendly as natural fibers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to crochet with

I crocheted an Afghan. It’s soft and doesn’t split while crocheting. Colors don’t fade during machine wash and drying. 4 cakes to create this round Afghan on a queen size bed

Pros
  • Wife love it
Cons
  • It may not drape as well as other yarns

The skeins had many color flaws in them, worked around them but not happy about it, yarn wasted having to keep tying off every few inches. The gold, look at the difference, not happy.

Pros
  • The 5-ounce size of this yarn is convenient and easy to work with, minimizing waste and ensuring a consistent look throughout your project
Cons
  • It may not be as suitable for crochet projects
