I like that it's stainless steel which makes it easy to clean. The pump isn't really audible at all, maybe in a perfectly quiet house. When the water is low you can hear it drip down and know when it's time to refill it. In general, it works and does what it is supposed to. It keeps water from pooling around your faucet.I somehow thought it would slough off the water and it does for the most part. There are times that some beads of water stay on the silicone and doesn't fall into the sink. There is also a patch around the faucet stem that is suceptible to water falling in. Side-by-side comparison. As you can see, the LED is a lot longer. I inserted it to the full-stop position and it's as deep as it can go, and is still a good 1/4 longer. Without putting the cover back on I already know that I'm in trouble. Sure enough the cover will not fit. I had to leave the cover off. The LED works, sure, but without the cover now.
