Got this today - it was totally unformatted - none of the Arconis stuff they said helped. Just had to use it to update my laptop, there will be a clean install. -- Update - The program and sector changer can be downloaded from their website. Here's the thing - if you don't use any of their cases, the program won't recognize the SSD as a sabrent. So you have to shell out another $40 for one of their cases to clone your current SSD. A clever trick. Update Their app came in today - it was easy to clone with their sector converter and their Acronis program. I just wish they would mention that they need their corps to work. HD is vfast, so upgraded to 4 stars
