It doesn't matter that all the documentation was written by someone who speaks English as a second language. I've gotten used to that and the fact that nobody reads anything anymore. The REAL problems are: 1) The quick setup guide is only useful if you're adding this camera to a bunch of others. 2) There is no link to a detailed manual specifically for this camera (G4) 3) There is no link on the website for the G4 camera, only FP19900P.4) The manual you can finally get does not distinguish between different ones Functions for different models it is designed for.5) The online documentation for the Android app does NOT reflect the actual screens of the app. 6) and so on and so on. I've been with free and web-based software for a long, long time. The camera itself looks solid, the quality of the images is good. But I don't want to spend hours on the phone explaining to someone that the "Record" button doesn't appear anywhere in the application and that there aren't any settings screens described in the documentation anywhere. It amazes me that such a well known company can do such a bad job.
