I use this product on a variety of surfaces - leather, vinyl, plastic - in the gym, boxing equipment and various surfaces in the car. It cleans leather, vinyl and plastic really well and restores suppleness and shine to soft leather and vinyl without being greasy or slippery like many other products. This is especially important with boxing equipment - gloves, speed bag, double speed bag, etc. - as slippery surfaces can throw off your rhythm completely. When using it on vinyl I also noticed that there was no static electricity which I sometimes get with some other products. Out of curiosity I have repeatedly tried using this product on my oxidized hard plastic finish on my car but it did nothing but clean so I would suggest only using it on soft surfaces if you expect good results.
