No mechanic: shock absorbers, struts and suspension

Installed on a 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty. Just finished installing it. I can't say the installation was difficult, but it wasn't easy either. Not to fault the product but the fact that I'm not a locksmith, I'm a carpenter. After watching all the videos and reading the installation instructions I figured I could handle it. You only need some basic tools, ratchets, wrenches, a torque wrench, a jack and jack stands which I didn't have. I figured I could do it without a floor jack and just use a bottle jack and I did, but it was a struggle. A few points I would like to point out, throw away the spare tire and get out of the way. When jumping I had problems with the bolts, in the end I pulled out the saw and just cut it off. Followed the instructions word for word. After installing the top brackets and installing the bellows, I had trouble attaching the bellows, the only reason was that I didn't have a floor jack. So I took a bottle jack and raised the frame about 4 inches, removed the top brackets, reinstalled the bellows and reattached the top brackets. Since then everything has been running smoothly. I can't say enough to read the instructions before starting and following them. The video also helped. Everything looks exactly as shown in the photos. Overall the project took about 7 hours, once again I feel the lack of my mechanical skills and trying to get a bottle jack to work and my many trips under and under a truck. If someone has an elevator, I think it takes 3 hours as they say. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I haven't pulled a trailer yet. I'll see if I can add to this review in a few weeks after trying it on one charge. I would like to reiterate that my installation problems are not due to the pneumatic lifting product. Good luck and hope these pointers help. I wanted to return. It's been a few weeks since I installed them, I've had a few rides with them and what an improvement! Anyone who pulls or pulls should not do without it. Got the truck up. The bounce I had with my 36ft trailer is almost gone. Not bad for this product!
