Non-Cotton Underwear

This is definitely not cotton underwear as the product name suggests. From a distance it looks like linen, but I think it's the only relation to linen. I looked at the details and it says cotton/polyester. It feels like it's mostly polyester, almost like a tarpaulin. I don't even know if he's breathing.
