I was dissatisfied with some products. I ordered a queen box spring topper and the outer box said 'queen' but it doesn't say a size and it was clearly too big, larger for a king size. Worse, I was very careful in an uncontaminated area and when one of the full lids popped open there were actually 2 dead bed bugs and a red spot that looked like blood? I had a feeling it was a used item, disgusting. I had already used all the other products so I couldn't return the order but I will never order from this company again. The 2 mattress covers were a bit big, but normal size. I would like my money back but I know it won't happen because I have used most of the product but I really feel cheated.
