Very user friendly and easy way of keeping in contact
It is very simple software for managing email communication with customers or employees from any location.
You don't need an internet connection while using this program which makes it even more convenient! Sometimes I have errors when trying to send emails but since they are so quick at correcting them, there isn’t much problem. Just make sure that you go through their training materials before getting started because some things may be new/different than other programs. This helps me manage my customer communications easier by allowing me access remotely via phone calls / texts etc as well as being able to check up-to date correspondence without having to physically visit each office myself.
Pros
- The ability in easily create individual messages (or mass mailings) quickly & efficiently both internal within our firm between colleagues OR external clients AND also internally among different departments eaier due mostly likely just familiarity wth one another's systems rather then knowing what specific computer system we're all logging into individually.it
