I like that it allows me to create my own custom fields for each of my contacts, including their physical location (city/state). It's easy enough that even non tech savvy people can use it! I like that we can easily send physical letters to customers, so they don't have any issues receiving them in person or having it delivered somewhere else than their home/office (which is very common these days).
