Review on PhysicalAddress by John Contreras

I like that it allows me to create my own custom fields for each of my contacts, including their physical location (city/state). It's easy enough that even non tech savvy people can use it! The interface is very outdated - looks from 2007 or earlier in some cases. Also not sure why you would need this service if your CRM already does what they do? If you're looking at creating an online database system where all customers' information resides then definitely look into using something else instead of PA because there are so many other options out there now days. We were able to easily integrate PAs website data directly into Salesforce without having to manually enter any new records.
