I like everything about this software it is easy and very efficient with all my business emails, contacts etc. It really has helped me by saving valuable time which was previously wasted in sorting through old email accounts trying to find what i am looking for! I like that it is easy to use, with all my emails in one place. It allows me to send important messages in a more timely manner as well. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate certain emails if they are buried deeper in the inbox. If I had to choose something I don't like about this program, I think it's the fact that it sometimes slows down when you're sending multiple large files. Try it out, you won't regret it! The best thing I like is that it has an option for me as administrator, so if there's any problem with my account or mailbox then i can contact directly from this application which helps us in time management when we're working remotely! I can't think about anything at moment that i dislike, its really great product for managing all my mails with possibility send many emails in mass as an adhoc reports are available, it's very easy tool so even newbies could easily learn it! It should have something called bulk folder management functionality like other well known email services which makes life easier. There is nothing what we do not see yet !
