Very useful productivity tool plus other great benefits

I like everything about this software it is easy and very efficient with all my business emails, contacts etc.
It really has helped me by saving valuable time which was previously wasted in sorting through old email accounts trying to find what i am looking for! Not many bad things but perhaps could make some improvements with regards to ease or speed as at times certain features are not so intuitive e.g. searching inboxes can sometimes take longer than expected (10-15 mins), also if there's an error when using filters then that filter will need resetting before being used again.

Filter options available suchsas search subject lines / from/to addresses.
Multiple mailbox support both IMAP & POP3 servers supported; supports Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 server via SMTP only option too(this does cause issues where outlook cannot download attachments)
Very user friendly interface
