I received them today. Of course, they were packed in one of those hard plastic safes that you can't open by hand. I used sharp scissors to carefully make a few snips to ensure these liners are safely removed. If you carefully pull them out of the wide-open packaging, the wire will break in half. The genius who decided this product should be packaged in a hard plastic case should be fired. Whoever designed the hard plastic case in the first place should be shot. I do not and will never recommend this product or anything else from the manufacturer or retailer. Don't even bother with repackaging and sending it back. Complete garbage.
