I wanted something I could roll in front of our bed and when I'm done against the side wall so it's not just a constant pain in my eyes. That helped. Easy to set up, very stable and has much wider feet than some others I've looked at. I installed a 55 inch LG TV on it and knew I was going to roll it over thick carpet. I didn't want any wobble or instability issues and that gave me that in spades. All the tools to install were included, but I'd recommend maybe having some Phillips screwdrivers on hand to make things easier.
