Review on Dark Red Wine Rossi Nail Dipping Powder Kit (No.19) - 28g/Box by Amy Hodgson

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because this set literally doesn't have a nail file or anything (I guess it's my faults for not reading carefully but still annoying) Otherwise, salon quality nails can be obtained if you have a $15-20 set of nail drill bits and use a buff, or if you just hand buff and file, although this takes much more time and time consuming. I've painted my nails twice already. They're even better the second time around. That takes some time and patience. I bought another powder, more nude, and used it with this nail polish and they look so good. Recommend buying a nail kit/drill/finger clip for removal if you don't plan on going to a salon. I would recommend just paying $5-$10 to have the powder removed and then do it yourself at home.
