Difficult to find the right size

I like this because it looks like a good quality watch strap. However, I find it virtually useless because the holes are too far apart, meaning it's difficult to get a good fit. It's either too loose or so tight I can barely close it. Maybe I'm just an unlucky wrist size where I'm right in the middle of sizes, but this just isn't the strap I need unless I figure out how to add another hole.
