Definitely holds, but can rip off paint if you aren't incredibly careful
I was using this in my office. It's durable and actually reusable!The only downside is the first time I needed to remove a piece, it pulled the paint off of my wall. make sure to leave a bit on the edges sticking out from behind whatever you have on there to pull like a command strip. Do not fully hide in back of whatever is going to be hanging or it won't come off without damage.
