The steamer was delivered today and earlier. After washing, I made red potatoes and carrots. They came out perfect in no time. I will be using it often, love the fact that it's BPA free! I was impressed with the high quality and performance of this steamer. I also read a review that said the baskets don't fit, they should go in order 1,2,3. 1 lid fits all, but baskets should be stacked in order 123. 1 must always be on the appliance first, otherwise steam will spray out on the sides. The baskets are numbered 1, 2 and 3 on the handles. EDIT: If you're wondering if you can cook chicken, turkey, crab, shrimp. YES, it will cook them all. I even made a steamed cake in this machine. I've had it for almost a year now and it works like new. I've also lost weight and feel better overall. This makes eating healthy easier.
