First I will remove the negatives. I have a big gripe with the motion controls. They are late and not always consistent. If you're considering this for Splatoon, Doom, etc., this isn't for you. What it can't do: play and load at the same time, wake the console from sleep mode, scan amiibo. Pairing is confusing, but this worked for me: 1. Charge the controller. (It didn't take long) 2. Go to the "Controllers" section in the main menu and select "Record/Change Order".3. Hold the Home button and Y.4. Release as soon as you see the light come on. It should connect in a few seconds. There's no HD Rumble, but it's surprisingly strong. When I was playing Mario Kart in a silent town (where all the speed-enhancing pads are), my hands were being massaged, which I felt was too much. The joysticks also have very low latency, but that doesn't bother me. Overall, this is a good, comfortable controller for the price unless you need it for motion control.
