Won't fold or fit back in suitcase
idk something broke but it won't fit back in suitcase. I followed the directions and every time I tried to twist it into a figure eight shape and then flatten it, a large chunk stuck out. It definitely seems like there is a step missing in the instructions or mine is broken. Also, I don't know if this is normal or what, but mine gets stuck and won't fully extend/open
