Review on Korky 3060BP Universal Replaces Flappers by Luis Shreibman

Very easy to install and instantly stops the "phantom flush" / continuous filling of the tank caused by leaking valves in our home. The dampers installed in our 4 toilets by a contractor 4 years ago began to leak in order of most commonly used. Our guest toilet was the first to have a problem filling the tank. I have researched and followed all suggested troubleshooting steps. Nothing solved the problem. Luckily, this new damper solved that problem. Shortly thereafter, maybe another month later, our main bathroom toilet had the same problem. I studied the average lifespan of dampers installed when the house was built, and it turned out that they already exceeded the expected lifespan by a full year. At this point I have purchased 3 more of these dampers and replaced the leaking main bathroom toilet as well as the guest room toilet dampers that were not yet leaking. I hope they are very strong and last a long time. They are soft and thick red rubber while the ones that leaked were much tougher and harder clear/white plastic so I'm optimistic.
