I fell in love with this bowl the moment I saw it on my computer. When it arrived it looked just as good as it did on the computer. It was packed in a nice box. I see no defects or any other reason for dissatisfaction. The size is big enough to serve as a serving platter on the table. Designed for traditional oriental pasta. But I try to eat a lot of salad. As a diabetic, I should really avoid pasta. This bowl is great for a large salad that can be used as a side dish for dinner, or a large salad that can be made for one person. Enjoy! (I will)
