I recently learned about the benefits of dry brushing as I was preparing for a surgery. I had heard of it before, but only in the context of therapy for children. I watched a few YouTube videos (love the cancer rehab pt channel!) and got going. I love this set--the main brush is easy to hold and use and I can get my back if I add the handle.
