My husband's initial love for these shoes was related to the surface; Usually, his dress shoes are slightly worn or wrinkled at the toes, which makes his shoes look unprofessional. There are no problems with their design. Scratches are still possible, but not as noticeable. I like the premium feel of the shoe itself; He says the inner lining feels very supportive and the outsole has a secure (non-slip) superior tread. The boots are silent when walking (they don't creak or click the heels). Overall we were very impressed.
