What a joy to have a product that exceeds all expectations. I wanted to hate this boat because that's what I usually do. They never seem to work well, but this one surprised me. Don't fill it all the way, a little deeper and it won't "spit out" water. I noticed that after the first use and after that it worked perfectly. Good hot vapor so be careful with the front grille. This is not a toy. It's a tool that does its job the way the user knows how to do it. Don't blame this steamer if you're not getting great results. Pictured is a set of new curtains which arrived with very resistant creases and creases. After a bit of work this incredible vaper and I got it all smoothed out and looking good. I would even recommend it for silk as long as you don't over stuff it and let it warm up fully before use. Good product. I wasn't paid to say those things. i love the product
