    Start is strong but not durable

    Really liked it when I first got it, even with lots of wires; However, after two weeks of use, I encountered an unstable connection and the voice quality dropped dramatically. I think the connection between the cable and the sound tube is the problem, but I have to say I wouldn't buy it again.

    I work for a major retailer (no, not Revain, I'd like to). I had to wear a walkie-talkie to communicate. The supplied headphones are not available. So I bought myself. It's comfortable, reliable, well made and easy to use. I will always buy this product only! I made many mistakes using accurate information. This one was the best so far.

    DO NOT BUY! for portable audio and video

    I can't stress enough how awful this product is. I received my item on August 10, 2021. After 2 WEEKS the sound quality started to deteriorate. The volume began to increase and decrease by itself. Tried several walkie talkies, same result. Then the noise stopped altogether. All connections checked, all connections were secure. Even re-pinned the connections to no avail. The company didn't even offer me a refund after only owning it for a month. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY!

    I don't know why the cables on this headset are like this. IMHO the way from the connection is too short and the way to the microphone is very long. I'm used to the long mic cable because it originally had to be routed through the sleeve. But the rail that has to go up the back of the walkie-talkie is made very small for someone.
