It worked well for about 4-5 months. Bought in late January/February. I work on commercial film sets and need this every day when I go to work. This was working great until a few weeks ago I noticed that the audio randomly cuts out and doesn't come back until I unplug it and reconfigure the cable. That's fine, but in a fast-paced industry you need something that works every day, all day, and after a while it stops working. For this reason I buy the $30 version with the Kevlar reinforced cable and rubber mic for more durability and keep that version as a backup in case it stops working.
