Most metallic, chrome or silver "vinyls" are usually some kind of foil, which means that despite their high gloss, they are stiff and unyielding and therefore don't stretch a lot or do well on curved ones Surfaces fit and tears easily, no small matter! It's actually a chrome silver vinyl! I was immediately surprised when I peeled off the cut piece and felt it had the same flexible and stretchy properties as regular self-adhesive vinyl. It adheres very well, takes complex shapes well, has a great shine and even has a clear protective film layer! Definitely recommended!
