I think I was sent the wrong color. The hair color literally looks Nothing like the picture. It was supposed to be a dark brown & Auburn mix ponytail but it's a medium-light brown color & I see no mix, it's all one shade. Too bad it's a shade that doesn't match my hair. Had they accidently sent just dark brown without the auburn mix then at least I could still use it, but it's a much lighter shade, no dark brown at all.& definitely no Auburn. I order almost monthly from this company & normally they are fantastic. This one time I ordered the mixed color rather than my normal dark brown & I received neither. That's what I get for trying new things I guess lol😅 but like I said, I've ordered from this company for 1-2 years now & they do make quality products. Much better than most other companies. This is the only time I've received the wrong color item.
