Review on Easy-Serve POS by Jim Cox

Ease of set up, ease of training, ability to add features at any time via cloud services. Can be expensive if you have multiple locations but is worth it. I've been able to get all my restaurants in one place which allows me to easily track inventory across stores. The only thing that we don't like about easy serve is that our credit card processing provider does not support quick pay so it takes longer than other solutions out there. We are seeing an increase in sales with easier service as more customers start using it. Easier to train employees. The ease of using this system, I love how it is so simple and straight forward. It really makes my life easier by having everything at one place. There are not many features as far as customization with the software but that can be easily added! Great software!! This has made our job easier in regards to controlling inventory and cash flow which was previously very hard without this software.
