Installed a few hours ago. 6/15/21 Works great on my Windows 10 machine as advertised, but unless you have an open 9-pin USB integration header on your motherboard you might have problems. I have two 9 pin sensors on mine but both have already been used for USB. I unplugged the one with fewer interconnect cables and plugged in an EDUP WiFi 6 Card AX 3000Mbps PCIe network card and it worked great straight away as Windows 10 automatically installed the latest new drivers. Just plug it in and it works, no drivers required on a flash drive. It worked so well that even without the included antennas, it worked wonders for my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections. After installing the antennas, the range improves noticeably, so do not forget about them. There is also no noticeable interference from any nearby cables. It might just be luck, but I like it. :o) This is good news. The not-so-good news is, what about the plug I just unplugged to make this happen? Well I've gone through everything I can think of and can't find anything on my computer that doesn't work properly when the cable is unplugged. , which makes no sense. However, here it is. As I didn't follow this cable to the other end to find out because I tucked everything away so neatly that it would be a major chore, I'm not sure where it goes! I suspect I'll stumble upon what this cable is supposed to do later. So if there is some sort of adapter that would allow both to be plugged into the same 9 pin connector on the motherboard it would be helpful to know about that. Edit: What a difference one tag can make. I stumbled across this after doing my first review. "USB 9 Pin Male 1-2 Female Extension Splitter Cable Connector Adapter (Male 1-2 Female)".
