Review on WP Site Importer by Darian Massey

I like that you can use this to do all kinds of different things with your site! This makes it extremely versatile, but also limits how much control we had over what was being imported in some cases. Some features were very difficult to configure or set up properly. The product really needs more training materials (videos). It would be great if there could be an option where someone who knows nothing about wordpress could just install and get going with importing their website without having to figure everything out themselves. We are solving our problems by transferring information from one system to another.
