Reviews on this got me thinking. Most liked it, some liked it, few hated it. After reading most of the reviews (lost count after 50 or so), I concluded that the bad reviews were from people who couldn't pee out of their boots. Not to mention working with a wrench without going to the internet, a library or a mechanic. The customer complained that the plastic had become cheap and brittle. I've bought more expensive lighter holders that broke when plugged in! It s cheap! Why not just say you broke it trying to bend it into place? Bought the 22 inch model. Places my phone exactly where I want it. It took 3 minutes to install this in my car (passenger side, next to the console) and I'm still wondering why the heck some guy was talking about vibrating too much. For real! For real! The last one I used moved like a carousel! This thing is rock solid! Damn! It took both hands to bend it into position and it hasn't budged an inch since. And of course I didn't put a phone mount on it until I got it where I wanted it. Unlike some people! I want it to be sold at Best Buy. I would have gotten one years ago! Good product! I will also give my feedback on the holder perfect.
