My cats are horizontal scrapers and I'm tired of cleaning cardboard from cheap horizontal cardboard scrapers all over the house. It literally fell apart in the first 24 hours. Customer service is great, no problems with returns. Both sides parted on the first day. Stupid design. They can and should fix this if they want to stay in business. Materials must be fully glued and sandwiched between two wooden planks on each side. Instead, they are hastily glued directly onto the outer surface from above. My cats took it apart and laughed. For over 30€ I expect more. Disappointing.
