Bought for my 6 month old who is now 13 months and is still her favorite teether/toy. We only use it when traveling (and on special occasions like visiting new people) to keep it 'special' - she can wear it in the car, stroller, plane etc. It keeps them busy and happy. That's the one thing you should NEVER forget to pack. In fact we bought two just in case we lose one. Buy for your child or someone else's child - it will be a hit. Bonus: If I remember correctly, it comes in a pretty cute packaging.
