great light good for me

I installed these in the center dome light of my 2009 Malibu. The light quality is fantastic. Brilliant white light just as advertised. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because this light does not turn off all the way. It dims and isn't noticed during daytime, only at night. I installed this 3 weeks ago, no flicker which is nice, and does not appear to have any impact on the car battery. Just wish it would completely turn off.
