I've been keeping this in the box since January and was about to get my other half into it because I'm losing patience halfway through the project. This morning I was sick of the box mocking me for another day and I got to work. It took me maybe an hour because I read the left, right and side instructions, inspected all the details to make sure I wasn't half stuck and got to work. The hardest part was getting all my cables back together because they were in such a mess to begin with. I was worried I wouldn't be able to mount the monitors myself but they were so light and slid right into place / no problem. WORTH IT. The original monitor stands were so bulky and took up so much space on my desk. Even better, I can adjust standing or sitting at my desk. Now I have space on the monitor. If I can assemble it, anyone can.
