Review on CrossCountry Consulting by Michael Hale

The team at CC is very knowledgeable about our industry and understands what we are looking for help us achieve as an organization! They take time out of their day-to-day work schedules to meet regularly so they can get up close & personal with you and your needs/problems etc. I have always felt valued by all members of this group - it's refreshing to be treated like a partner (even if I am paying them). We've worked together now over 6 years - but still keep learning from each other! Nothing yet. But since working here I feel much more confident going into next year knowing they will give me good advice along with any concerns or issues I might come across during my career.
