i liked my groove life, don't get me wrong, but you sit down to use the restroom and you unbuckle, it was kinda a chore to put your magnetic buckle back on. this is more traditional with the elastic belt strap! easier to put on, looks great. i have a butt that is really bad at keeping pants up, so the elastic belt was huge being able to adjust it and set it properly while keeping it on my waist. pretty darn glad i found it. also the groovelife was $60, this was $20. this is just the better option al around
