Malfunction. Buttons and joystick work incorrectly and sometimes not at all!

The buttons are soft, they don't work at all! Joystick is broken. Pointing straight up. It arrived broken and didn't work from the start. The package was fine. Was defective waaaayyyy before they sent it out. Cheap and shit. Do not worry.
